My music on the big screen: The Birdwatcher Posted On March 11, 2016 Surreal to sit in the audience for the Feature Film I composed original music for – first time seeing & hearing The Birdwatcher on the big screen. So proud to be a part of such an incredible team Director Siobhan Devine, Writer Roslyn Muir. I was asked last night in the Q&A what our process was and I forgot to mention this important key element: I listened intently to what the film wanted. I felt that I was its muse and anytime I tried to push it in one direction or another, it wouldn’t let me, so I listened and was gentle with the creation process. I honestly feel this process helped me become a better music producer and music storyteller and am so happy I was given this opportunity to grow.
